1. How to register


Full Paper-Submitted and accepted full papers will be published into the conference proceeding after peer-review, register after you receive the acceptance letter, details are listed in the acceptance letter.
Abstract-Abstract will be included in program after peer-review but not in conference proceedings. Register after you receive the acceptance letter, details are listed in the acceptance letter.

One regular registration need to cover a paper within 10-15 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceedings or journal.
For the authors who have difficulties paying US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros.

If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please send your resume and Application Form to icest@academic.net. (At least Ph.D holder can apply)
Please don't provide your credit card information to anyone for any purpose. The registration will be completed only via conference system.

 

4. Refund Policy

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the event date: 30USD processing fee is required
89-60 days prior to the event date: 30% processing fee is required
59-30 days prior to the  event date: 50% processing fee is required
29-0 days prior to the  event date: No refund
